After we came back from Canada we stayed the rest of the time with my dad in his new house in Kirkland. Him and Jeanne were very kind to prepare a big dinner for us every night we were there. We had some very typical American food and BBQ every night. Chicken, salmon, steak, baked beans, corn on the cob (they don't have fresh corn on the cob here. I only can find it precooked on the cob. It is very strange because they grow it. I have seen fields and fields of the stuff. Pablo says it goes to the chickens or something).
Anyway, here are few highlights from our evenings with Dad and Jeanne.
