What does my mom like that Spain has a lot of?? WINE! So while she was here we had to take a trip to the most famous Spanish wine region- La Rioja.
We decided to make it a super family weekend and invited Pablo's parents too because it was Pepo's birthday and father's day. Our main base was the town of Logroño. It is famous for a narrow street lined with bars and good tapas, Calle Laurel. Then we took day trips to visit the town of Laguardia- super cute town on top of a hill and surrounded by a wall, and other wineries. Even though Pablo got sick the first day and wasn't functioning we managed to have a good time. |
