Lisbon

....Our idea to rent a car and see towns along the way as we drove to Lisbon didn't turn out as we planned. The towns we picked weren't very interesting and by the time we got to the cool town we didn't have enough time. It was basically a very expensive disaster. But we managed to see an old church and closed castle.

But our time in Lisbon was good. It is much bigger than Porto but basically had the same set up. We spent two nights and three days and tried to show my mom all the highlights (we had been before). We figured out how to manage the trollys, trams and subway and hit all the major neighborhoods. We lucked out that the weather was nice and we had a great time.
