My wonderful cousin and professional baker, Heather, was so very sweet to make and send us a dozen white chocolate chip, toffee cookies in the mail. They were a wonderful surprise! We received it on Thursday which is my long work day so it really made my day. Plus, I had been craving cookies for awhile so this was perfect and they were so delicious. The problem is we ate them in two days and now there are no more cookies!
