Christmas in Seattle

We had a wonderful 13 day trip to Seattle to celebrate Christmas with my family. As per our arrangement, every other year we will spend Christmas in Seattle! Yea! This trip was much more low-key but fun-filled. We spent the first couple days sleeping and being lazy at my mom's house. We decorated the tree and I set up my famous snow village!

Then we headed for my dad's house for the next couple days and they showed us some local Christmas cheer. We went to Candy Cane lane at Bellevue Square to watch it snow and enjoy some pretty cool "little drummer boys". And we also went and checked out the Christmas boats and caroling on Lake Washington. I am a bad local because never once had I ever seen these things before but they were fun and very festive.

We topped off our night by hitting up the French restaurant for some more fancy foods!

Steak Tartar
Sausages
Mussels
