Spain's Unemployment

Just reading the BBC this morning and they are saying unemployment in Spain is 17.4%, highest in the European Union and they predict it will reach 20% by next year. They also predict it will be the last EU country to get out of the recession sometime around 2011. Depressing.....I doubt they are giving any job to a foreigner, non-eu member without working papers! :)
